- Twice monthly WordPress core updates
- Twice monthly plugin updates
- Fast and free restoration if your site is ever hacked
- Regular visual and functionality checks of site
- Site speed optimization (keep Google happy)
- Up to 30 minutes per month to resolve WordPress/Plugin conflicts from updates
- The security of knowing someone is there to help if anything goes wrong
$250 setup fee for sites not created by Merge
How it works
We’ll set up a call to get all the pertinent details of your site and make sure everything is in order. We will get you on the schedule for maintenance and let you know who will be your contact to coordinate all additions or changes you need made to your site.
What’s not included in the monthly cost?
All of these are available, billed at our hourly rate:
- Time and labor (including email and phone time) beyond 30 minutes per month to find and fix conflicts and other technical issues arising from updating WordPress, plugins or your theme.
- Fixes for any issues created by your content or changes you make to plugins.
- Troubleshooting third-party integrations, email, or domain issues.
- Time does not roll over to the next month.
- Additional support for content updates or feature changes is billed at our current hourly rate.
