What makes us unique

Our goal at Merge is to help small businesses and non-profits achieve strategic and creative brand experiences that align with, and elevate, their organization’s mission. We deliver a full range of creative services from graphic design and branding to web design, web development, and digital marketing.

Experience

Senior-level attention is given to every aspect of design and development. We have been working in web design since the days of dial up modems. This gives us tremendous history in best practices as they have evolved over the past two decades. In addition, we possess the business acumen and maturity that can only be achieved from years of work and experience.

Empathy

We put ourselves in your, and your clients, shoes. We feel your past pains and what delights you. We want to understand things from your perspective so we can provide thoughtful solutions that work. We ask lots of questions, listen, and never presume to have all the answers.

User first

We have experience with usability testing and analysis, which in turn informs every aspect from design to development–the user is always first in our mind, and that includes everyone from visitors to your site to the staff who will be responsible for updates.

Right brain: meet left brain

Strategic design and development is a unique blend of creative and analytical skills. We merge both to create collateral that engages visitors and inspires them to action, while representing your brand personality. For websites, we seamlessly integrate technical considerations.

Small, agile and personalized

We never wanted to be the biggest, just the best. As a boutique studio focused on quality, not quantity, we strive to create honest relationships with our clients, respond quickly to their needs, and listen so we can provide personalized solutions to address project goals.

Heart

We care about the work our clients do. This is a common element in the work we pursue. We consider ourselves a partner, not a vendor. And we dive in so deep we often feel a part of the organizations we serve with a passion to further their goals as our own.
